Happy New Year!
Out with the old and in with the new.
What a great year 2015 was and let’s get 2016 rolling! Like most of you, I am setting my goals for the new year. For me they have to realistic and attainable:)
I’ve just finished my Physical Therapy exams and one of my resolutions is to continue growing professionally and challenging myself along the way. This is what I do. This is what makes me happy.
My resolution for Methodology is on the same lines, and this year we are making our goal to continue working towards our mission to transform people’s lives through pure, authentic movement. New Years is a perfect time for transformation, and we have the recipe that aligns with our mission.
Resolution: I think those of you that I had the pleasure of meeting over the festivities know what this already is! More deep strength and mobility work. This is the key to strong, healthy bodies. Nutrition is also right up there. I received two very generous gifts full of clean eating recipes so these are going to be tried and tested! I shall share the winners with you all.
