If you have worked your muscles super hard during a workout, they need to be refuelled. Try to get a Protein Smoothie in within 30 minutes of your workout if possible.
1: Berry Orange Creamsicle Protein Smoothie
This is nice and refreshing.
1 Frozen banana
1 Cup of blueberries
1 range. peeled and chopped
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 Greek yoghurt.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass or shake and enjoy!
2: Chocolate Cake Batter Protein Smoothie
This is rich and chocolatey and keeps you feeling full.
1 cup of milk of your choice
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2-3 ice cubes
Place all Ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy.
