Homemade Chocolate Protein Bars.
Here is a list on ingredients needed,
- 7 dates chopped
- 1 cup of dried coconut
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/4 cup of chopped hazelnuts
- 2 scoops of chocolate protein (Protein available in studio)
- dark chocolate chips
Blend all the above together, pour into a bowl and mix with water until mixture comes together.
Cover a baking tin with grease proof paper and spread the mix until even.
Place in the fridge to set for 60 minutes, melt some dark chocolate and spread on top, place back in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
Ready to cup into bars and eat, Enjoy X
